Are payments secure?
Payments are processed through Paypal. Your online orders are secure. Paypal never sends us your credit card information.
What shipping options are available?
For compact discs and merchandise, orders will post within 3 business days dependent on product availability. If you are located in the United States, your package will take approximately one week to be delivered via USPS. If you are located in Canada, U.S. Airmail usually takes about 4 weeks to arrive. If you are located elsewhere in the world, U.S. Airmail usually takes about 4-6 weeks to arrive. Actual transit time is based on where you are located.
Why is there a handling fee?
The handling fee covers cost of the mailer and any incurred Paypal fees.
If there is a problem, can I make a return?
Compact discs and merchandise in unopened, original condition may be returned within 30 days of the date of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price. If an order is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact orders@gandhararecordings.org within 15 days of the delivery date for credit or replacement at our discretion. We are sorry that we are unable to refund shipping charges.

Most users do not experience any problems, but in some
cases the following workarounds have worked:
FOR OSX
Stuff it has a history of handling zip files incorrectly
from the OS X UI. Try unzipping the file via Terminal . . .
navigate to the download directory and run this:
unzip [name of download file]
FOR PC
WinZip is the preferred way to extract, but you can
also use WinRar; both are free.
